AAPM Working Group SCALE
Contribute a site
Each partner chooses the route that fits its IRB, IT infrastructure and data governance. Both routes produce the same MNI-space atlas.
Routes
Two ways to take part
Route A
Share de-identified data
- De-identify locally, or with our container
- Structures named to TG-263 before export
- Clinical data in the standard template
- Processing and quality control at UCSF
For sites without GPU resources and with a flexible data use agreement.
Route B
Run the SCALE Console
- The full pipeline runs on the site's GPU workstation
- Only lesion masks and a de-identified clinical table leave
- Simplified IRB review
For sites with strict data governance and local compute.
