MEDomics Lab · UCSF Radiation Oncology

Quantitative models of disease and toxicity for radiation oncology.

We pool imaging and clinical data across institutions to measure where disease arises and how the brain responds to radiation, and test whether those measurements can make treatment safer. The lab leads the MEDomics Consortium and the AAPM Working Group SCALE.
